These terms cover your use of basedecom.com, the student portal and the course, provided by Based Ecom ("we"). They are general terms and not legal advice. By using the site you agree to them.

What you get

Access to our ecommerce course and student portal at no charge from us. Access is offered to people who subscribe to Base44 through our partner link, and continues while that subscription is active.

Base44 is a separate service

You pay Base44 directly for your subscription, under Base44's own terms. We do not control Base44, its pricing, its features or its availability. We are a Base44 partner and are paid a commission when you subscribe through our link.

No promise of results

The course is education. It is not financial, legal or tax advice. We make no promise that you will earn money. Any figures we mention about our own results are ours, come from years of work, and are not typical. Starting a business carries risk, including losing the money you put into it. Decisions about your store, your products and your advertising spend are yours.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over.

Your account

Your portal access is for you alone. Do not share your login or your setup code. We may suspend access that is shared or misused.

Our content

The course, the portal and the AI agent files are ours. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Other companies

This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Shopify or Meta. Names of other companies and products are trademarks of their owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, the course or third-party services. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
