This policy explains what Based Ecom ("we") collects through basedecom.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is a general policy and not legal advice.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the form: first name, email, phone number, and whether you already have a store.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link you followed.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and approximate location by IP address.
- If you use the student portal: your progress through the steps.
What we do not collect
We do not see what you say to your AI agent inside Base44. That stays in your Base44 account. We do not take payment from you and do not hold card details.
Why we collect it
- To call, text or email you about setting up your access. You asked for that by submitting the form.
- To give you access to the portal and course, and to help you if you get stuck.
- To understand which of our content brings people in, and to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
Our own team, and the service providers we use to run the site, store data, send messages and measure advertising. If advertising pixels are active on the site, the companies that provide them receive information about your visit. We do not sell your details.
Base44
Base44 is a separate company. When you subscribe to Base44 you deal with them directly, under their own terms and privacy policy. We are a Base44 partner and are paid a commission when you subscribe through our link.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying to any message or emailing us.
Keeping it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them.
